Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Buffalo can use grass fed beef
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic diced
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together

  2. Divide into 4 equal parts

  3. Put into a muffin tin or place on parchment paper lined pan

  4. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes
