A yummy and hearty meal the whole family will enjoy!
- 1 lb. Buffalo can use grass fed beef
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Pink Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic diced
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together
Divide into 4 equal parts
Put into a muffin tin or place on parchment paper lined pan
Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes
This is 4 servings of protein. Can also be made with grass fed beef.
