Ingredients
  • 16 oz. Beef grass fed or buffalo
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic pressed or chopped
  • 4 Mushrooms sliced or chopped
  • 4 tbsp. Beef Broth
  • 14 oz. Tomatoes diced, organic
  • 16 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp. Basil
  • 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Cabbage shredded
Instructions
  1. In 2 Tablespoons beef broth, over medium heat, saute onion, 3 garlic cloves (pressed or chopped) and mushrooms until onions are soft

  2. Add ground beef or buffalo and cook until browned

  3. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste, basil, italian seasoning, salt, pepper

  4. Mix well

  5. In a separate pan (stir fry type or size) add 2 tablespoons beef broth, 1 garlic clove chopped and saute for a minute

  6. Add the shredded cabbage and a generous sprinkling of Italian seasoning and pink salt

  7. Saute until soft

  8. Drain and put on a plate top with sauce

Serves 4.  Because of extra veggies if you find your weight doesn't go down after this meal, limit yourself to enjoying it once a week.
