Ingredients
  • 3.5 oz. Chicken cubed or can use canned
  • 1 Apple diced
  • 3 Stalks Celery diced
  • 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg dash
  • Cardamom dash
  • Pink Salt dash
  • 20 drops Stevia can use 1 packet
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together

  2. Sprinkle with Stevia, salt and spices

  3. Chill for 20 minutes

Pink Lady apples go well with this recipe.  Try it with different flavored apples or even put it on a lettuce wrap.
