- 1 1/2 tbsp. Honey raw and organic preferred
- 4 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. White Fish Steaks skin removed
- 2 Lemons
- Pink Salt & Pepper to taste
With the rack on top notch of the oven, preheat oven to broil
In a bowl, mix honey and the mustard. Set aside.
In a large non-stick, ovenproof skillet, brown the fish and the cut side of lemons
Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Baste the top of the fish with mustard. Keep cooking under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
Serve with the grilled lemon, organic brown rice and vegetables.
Good fish to use for this recipe.
