Ingredients
  • ½ cup Beef Stock
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1-2 tsp minced Onion
  • 8 oz sliced Mushrooms
  • ½ tsp Pink Salt or to taste
  • 3 Tbsp Marsala Cooking Wine
Instructions
  1. Heat beef stock, garlic and onion in a large frying/sauté pan
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft
  3. Add Marsala Cooking Wine and Pink Salt and continue sautéing a few more minutes
