Ingredients
  • 1 can Tuna mercury free, wild caught
  • 2 tbsp. Onions chopped & carmelized
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple diced
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pink Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place 2 tbsp. chopped onions in a small saute pan with a splash of chicken broth

  2. Saute until soft and caramelized, adding an extra splash of broth if needed

  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  4. Place in refrigerator for a couple of hours to chill
