Ingredients
  • 1 lb Baby Portabella Mushrooms stuff-able size, cleaned, stems removed
  • ¼ cup Mustard no sugar added
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp dried Basil
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp Pink Salt
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and mix well
  3. Place prepared mushrooms on a parchment lined baking sheet
  4. Spoon mixture into mushrooms
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  6. Be careful not to overcook!!
