Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Beef grass fed, or use bison
  • 4 cup Tomatoes chopped can use fresh or canned organic
  • 1 cup Water filtered
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion diced
  • 8 cloves Garlic crushed and minced
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Emeril's Original Essence

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef (or bison) in pot, add onions and garlic

  2. Stir in tomatoes and water (if needed)

  3. Add spices and simmer slowly until liquid is reduced


Recipe Notes

The longer it cooks, the more tender and flavorful.  Add a little water as neede to prevent burning.
