  • 10 oz. Cod Fish
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice fresh
  • Dill Weed use dried and apply to taste
  • Pink Salt to taste


  1. Place cod fish on a broiler tray or can put on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

  2. Drizzle with lemon juice

  3. Season with Pink Salt, Dried Dill Weed and Lemon Juice

  4. Broil until lightly browned and cooked through, no longer mushy

  5. The fish should flake easily with a fork
