Shrimp Tomato Stew

  • 20 medium Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Onions diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian Herb Blend Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Pink Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 cups Tomatoes organic
  • 1/4 cup Filtered Water


  1. Cook shrimp in 1/2 cup beef broth and splash of Braggs Liquid Aminos until no longer pink and no longer translucent

  2. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside, keeping warm

  3. Add 1/4 cup diced onions and minced garlic

  4. Add 1/2 tsp. Italian Herb Blend seasoning, 1/4 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 1/8 tsp pepper

  5. When onion and garlic are soft, add 2 cups diced fresh organic tomatoes and 1/4 cup water (or no water depending on how much liquid the tomatoes produce)

  6. Cook uncovered on medium heat for about 10 minutes

  7. After 5 minutes, add in the shrimp to reheat for the last 5 minutes

Recipe Notes

Doubling this recipe works well.  You can also use canned organic tomatoes just make sure no oils or sugars are added.
