Cook shrimp in 1/2 cup beef broth and splash of Braggs Liquid Aminos until no longer pink and no longer translucent
Remove shrimp from pan and set aside, keeping warm
Add 1/4 cup diced onions and minced garlic
Add 1/2 tsp. Italian Herb Blend seasoning, 1/4 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 1/8 tsp pepper
When onion and garlic are soft, add 2 cups diced fresh organic tomatoes and 1/4 cup water (or no water depending on how much liquid the tomatoes produce)
Cook uncovered on medium heat for about 10 minutes
After 5 minutes, add in the shrimp to reheat for the last 5 minutes
Doubling this recipe works well. You can also use canned organic tomatoes just make sure no oils or sugars are added.
